Tili Talsi’s roots are deep in the region of Kymenlaakso in South-Eastern Finland. Our offices are located in Hamina, Virolahti, Kotka and Kouvola - Tiliaktiiva offices in Kotka and Kouvola are now part of our company. We also serve our clients in the Russian language.
